DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words shall have the meanings set forth below:
- "Casino" means Tsawwassen Casino;
- "User" or "Customer" means any person who plays on the Casino's gaming platforms or uses its services;

We reserve the right to restrict access to our Services or any part thereof if it appears that your usage may damage our reputation, be considered unsuitable for us to engage in, or constitute an attempt to circumvent applicable laws.
USER'S CONFIDENTIALITY AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
When registering with the Casino or setting up a user account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information as requested by us on all required registration fields. You shall not allow any other person to use your log-in credentials without prior authorization from the Casino, nor shall you engage in activities that facilitate unauthorized access.
BETTING LIMITS AND RESIDUAL BET ACCEPTANCE
Users may establish betting limits (as defined by regulatory requirements) and/or accept our residual bets where applicable. You agree not to set up duplicate accounts or otherwise attempt to exploit these features.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Casino be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages (collectively "Damages") of any kind arising from or related to your use of our Services. The aggregate liability of the Casino under these Terms and Conditions will not exceed the amount you have deposited with us during each applicable account session.

The laws of the State and/or Country where we are based govern these Terms and Conditions.

We make no express or implied warranties in relation to our Services, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility with software and systems.
